Unless you’re significantly taller than the average for your gender and it contributes to your gender dysphoria. If I didn’t lose 3 inches from peak height, I’d feel so much worse about myself.
Woah is that safe? Losing height? I’m 5’9" and a woman and honestly always wanted to be 5’10". Dad was 6’4" so I had hope but no. Don’t actually care if it knocks out guys, nobody needs to be universally attractive, just a good enough person overall to find what they are looking for.
Glad for you, though - happy it helped you feel more womanly, that must have been a nice surprise.
I lost about an inch before starting HRT (don’t fully understand how that happened), and the rest from it. It’s not uncommon to lose an inch or two, not because bones shrink, but because ligaments change length. Same goes for my feet; I lost a size and a half. I definitely feel shorter, which is nice, but I still wish I lost a few more.
