Her track record as a minister so far has been to sabotage Germany’s transition to clean energy at every opportunity while maintaining a bare minimum of plausible deniability.
Chances that this actually works as a tool to help the climate are very slim.
Chances that this actually works as yet another way to shovel public money into her old buddy’s pockets for little to no real return are high.
