    Betterridge’s Law: Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no." This adage is named after Ian Betteridge, a British technology journalist… Essentially, it suggests that if a journalist already knows the answer to a question is yes, they will state it in the headline rather than posing it as a question.
