Battery chargers and DC storage units. They’ve attempted to make cars, but since they’re not a car company they’re not very good at it.

Huh. Weird. I was certain they sell cars. I guess all those “cars” with the T on them I see driving around are holograms. Silly me.

Please explain to me how a company can sell over 4.5 million cars and not be a car company. Because ‘they’re a tech bro company’ doesn’t make any more sense than saying Coca-Cola isn’t a beverage company because ‘they’re a stockholder profit company.’

Got it. Tesla isn’t a car company, Coca-Cola isn’t a beverage company and, on that note, Nintendo isn’t a game company and Adidas isn’t a shoe company.

Considering that actual car manufacturers make much better EVs with their decades upon decades of experience in mechanics and physics vs a DC power and distribution company that is attempting to distribute DC power via cars (much like Gillette distributes rubber products via shaver handles without being a rubber company), I will accept that claim.
