I really wanted to buy a Mac mini when I saw them on sale for $499. But then I realized the 16gb option wasn’t on sale, and there’s no way I could spend an extra $300 for 16gb.
If the tech caused the crash, then absolutely yes
Asking users to Opt out as a method to replace an Opt in TOS is a trick because they are hoping users won’t see it. If they sent an email asking users to click a link to Opt in to the new TOS, that would be OK.
