My smart car has definetly paid for itself. I got it off someone who was going to junk it for 750 bucks. They were going to junk it because a mechanic quoted them how much the car was worth to fix it. The actual fix is an hour of cleaning and 3 bolts total. I still haven’t done that just cleared the code since if you drive it right it doesn’t have any issues. But yeah 40 mpg if your nice to it and 38 if you’re beating the crap out of it has definetly saved me a ton of money. The only real complaint I have is the wind noise is loud above 40 mph and once you get to 75 80 there’s no way you are having a conversation past 90 I think earplugs are a good idea.

Only thing I use it for is when it comes up as an answer to a question I search for on duckduckgo and I also just occasionally scroll through subs I used to frequent just wondering what’s going on there now

Yeah but like the screen folds. I agree that the keyboard has some uses. The folding screen doesn’t really or not nearly as many it’s just novelty cool. I personally don’t have a use case for either so the more technically impressive thing (the folding screen) seems cooler to me. And you have to admit that the first time you saw a folding tablet phone thing it kinda blew ur mind or at least it blew mine.

The lockdown is not in android itself but in Google services so if the device is on a new enough android version (not very new like marshmallow) the lockdown will apply. If the lockdown were in android itself it would affect(effect? Idk) all roms

This is only affecting roms that are Google approved and have Google play services installed meaning that going to a custom rom will fix this but also that any device currently supported by GPS will be affected. Therefore even old unsupported devices which are no longer receiving updates from their manufacturer will be locked down without the user’s choice

It’s totally valid to have fog lights for use in fog because they actually do make a massive difference. I am also a fan of how they look they just fill in the bumper nicely. But using them when it isn’t foggy is pretty stupid. I personally have fog lights but barely ever use them other than when I’m on a back road late at night and just want all the visibility possible.
