        That’s…oddly specific. Are you a time traveler trying to normalize your lifestyle in the future (our present) from a time period where it was normal for a very short period of time in a very specific region?

      Exactly. Why don’t you assume your local human butcher serve human meat while perfectly assuming that a pig butcher should serve pig meat?

            Strips are clearly bacon. The vast majority of sausages are pork.

            Oh and there’s a full ham hanging up (with the star on it)

              Those are very weak arguments even if we’ll ignore the fact that it is an illustration styled for a kids book and therefore lacking any details. Most animals have some amount of fat-meat layer. And most big animals have legs (not only pigs) so that “ham” could be any leg.

              The vast majority of sausages are pork.

              This is just not true. “Vast majority” of sausages are made of shit, sticks, soy, flour and skin + aromatisators.

              But you’re welcome to have your cannibal dreams :)
