      Do they call delivery people in other places “rider” or is the delivery person named Rider? “Rider chat” seems so odd

        Deliveroo in the UK does this, although I don’t think anyone actually calls them ‘riders’ except for the company themselves. It is a weird term to use.

        They’re probably using bikes, which makes the delivery people riders. That’s how it was with Foodora here in Norway. They’ve since started allowing cars, though…

    I’ve done delivery before for decent while and holy shit sometimes its hard. I didn’t have enough food before I worked every once and a while and the smell was so goddamn tempting. There was one time I picked up a rediculous amount of indian food after not eating for like 8 hours and honestly I had to stop delivering that night because I was gonna eat whatever came next

    Why they don’t just call a random fast food place during busy time and complain that their drive through order was wrong and demand to have it fixed, I’ll never know.
