A federal judge on Friday dismissed the criminal human smuggling case brought by the Department of Justice against Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
The judge granted Abrego Garcia’s motion to dismiss for vindictive prosecution.
Maybe he can qualify for some of the $1.776 billion for victims of a weaponized DoJ.
Case dismissed? Believe it or not, deportation.
Abrego Garcia has been eligible for deportation this whole time. Costa Rica has agreed to accept him and he’s agreed to go. The only reason the regime hasn’t done that is because they want to punish him for embarrassing them.
Exactly. They don’t want to send him home, they want to send him to their concentration camp in El Salvador.
They also want to make sure he gets sent where he doesn’t want to go.
Yep, he’ll probably be on a plane ASAP and DOJ will be in contempt of court again right quick
