And muesli is a superior version of overnight oats, and you should give it a try because it adds fruit and a lot of different nuts.

Toss in some Greek yogurt, maybe some honey or maple syrup for flavor and sweetness, and it is freakin’ delicious.

And if you’re interested, it’ll make you regular as all hell.

You can put fruit and nuts in oatmeal. I also put dried coconut, cocoa powder, psyllium husk, and chia seeds

I’d be a little careful about what you add in the evening. Some things, like sweet stuff or milk yoghurt, might do more than just soak overnight.

But yeah, I used to eat muesli this way: Grind up a mix of grains, and soak it.

I like oat milk, I’m not lactose intolerant but it last a long time and is fairly cheap, and tastes just as good as milk to me.
