The one from the show is the licensed one, they just took one off the shelf and modified it. If you are looking to replicate the prop you have the choice to do so from scratch, or get hold of the same bank and make the mods to it they did.
There are a few 3d models for the magus staff head floating around. I’ll probably start with one of those and resculpt it a bit. Hollow it out. Mount shoulders to it and a base.
It’s definitely going to be a little work but do-able.

Yeah I saw one of those on eBay. But I think the one from the show is more interesting. Plus the licensed one doesn’t have slots in the ears.
