We’re not childless, we’re child-free. We made the decision early in our relationship to not have any children.
As someone with a kid… I agree 100% w/ this. It’s like when old people say “youth is wasted on the young”
Don’t you dare waste your freedom! Don’t answer your (relative) lack of responsibility with arbitrary and self imposed limits. Call in sick and fuck off to the mountains on a Wednesday and spark a J. Just because I can’t doesn’t mean I don’t desperately want that for you.
Thank you for your service and understanding
Somebody’s gotta do it.
We live on, through you!
As a childless couple: we do the kind of stuff one normally does with kids, but for ourselves.
Dino parks, zoos, science museums, castles.
And we get to enjoy it at times when other people have kids in school and outside of school holidays.
Yes! Pour one out for your homies. By pour one out I mean drink it.
This is exactly it. Except, I had to go to therapy first. Vibes are more and more on point each
dayweek or soUsername confirms my impulse to state that I have a duty to eat mushrooms with my partner on major holidays. We did on TG last month and on Xmas day last year. No kids to get in the way and kitties are fucking soft and awesome.

I didn’t need therapy, so I did your share of fun things while you were at it. No need to thank me, it was a pleasure.
Right on! Someone had to do it
This has a certain amount of divorced guy “I get to sleep in a racecar bed” energy to it.
See how little it takes to make us happy
Divorced is not the same as childless, there are still obligations.
