Can you really say that you’re against christofascist oligopoly when thats the words you have to say about the only opposition?

There is not always a new party. In the past, new parties came from branching old parties.

One party systems exist and that is the path the USA is currently on: Repupublican Authoritarianism.

If you would back dems long enough to get supermajority they could pass voting reforms which make your ideal possible.

Political donations are heavily regulated and are used only for political campaigns. You’re not even allowed to promote your business in a campaign advertisement.

That allows them to give themselves a salary equal to half of a congressman’s salary (50% * $174,000 = $87,000) while they campaign for office, in the assumption it would be hard to work a full time job at the same time.

More than half of Congress’ networth is held by its top 12 members. Being able to earn no more than half of a congressional salary while campaigning allows poorer people to run for Congress when they otherwise could not afford to leave their job.
