    It’s not that the car is relatively affordable that has made him poor, it’s the mods. I’ve seen people spend multiple times the MSRP of a car in mods alone, which is a poor decision to do with this car because it’s entire purpose was to be an affordable sports car.

          Nah, I want it to stay completely legal (turbo conversions would either be illegal or cost tens of thousands to get TUV approved here) It’s just a bunch of NA mods, headers, new exhaust, flywheel, all that

      While I’m sure there are people modding cars thinking they’ll get their money back most of us understand that it’s not a good financial decision

      I had about $3500 in parts waiting for me to take delivery of my Alltrack

      I managed to get mine on height adjustable coil-overs and aftermarket wheels without breaking the bank, but yeah, I’ve seen some folks that do pour money into engines and cosmetics. Fair point lol
