I feel like I’m losing my grip on reality, am I supposed to take something away from this? Is this code or something? Are these people just trolling 24/7 like children despite being in charge of… everything?
I had to look this up because I was also very confused. I searched for 5 minutes so I could be wrong but loomer has made this exact comment in the past except far more explicitly and linked to her sex life. They clearly don’t get along and loomer has accused her of having multiple affairs. The roast beef comment is a (not very) thinly veiled slut shaming thing, basically, mocking her because her vagina must look unappealing because she had the audacity to have sex with 3 men (allegedly). The idea that your vagina changes appearance if you have more sexual partners is a myth of course

For some reason I read this as Lindsey Lohan, and was seriously questioning Ms. Lohan’s taste in women.
And yeah of course Lindsay Graham is gay, but what evidence would Laura Loomer have, that would hold up in court? Just turning down her offer of sex is not evidence, most straight guys would turn her down, and probably near 100% of lesbians would too.
In 2024, Loomer criticized Graham for having “never been loyal to President Trump” and followed up with, “When is Lindsey coming out of the closet? We all know you’re gay, Lindsey… and that’s ok.”
I sense there is a tinge of the “treacherous homosexual” trope coming up here, from the early 20th Century. Gay people can’t be trusted because <insert pointless falsehood>.
While trans people are the focus of the administration’s undoing of civil rights right now, my sixth sense tells me they are coming after all of the LGBTQ+ once they are done “fixing” immigration and lives don’t actually improve as promised.
They’ve already started. Most recent is Kim Davis (remember the Kentucky county clerk who refused to issue same sex marriage licenses) just filed a petition with The Supreme Court calling for them to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges (same-sex marriage)

‘Standing’ is usually just a way for judges to block or promote hearing of cases. It is very arbitrary and squishy.
Due to her previous crimes and involvement in the justice system, followed by her ‘career’ as a ‘public figure’ centered around these issues, a judge can safely grant standing if they feel like doing so.
I hate both of them as much as the next guy, but that’s the funniest shit I’ve read all day.

If someone is a bigot, that’s one reason to be mad at them.
If someone is a bigot or allies with bigots against something that they themselves are (publicly or privately), that’s at least three reasons to be mad at them: bigotry, hypocrisy, and betrayal of other people who are the same thing.
I agree. I’m mad at him because he has betrayed the people of the country he is supposed to serve more times than I can count. Sexuality, gender, race, etc. have no bearing on my feelings about him.

I mean, everyone knows? Like, everyone knows. Everyone has known for at least a decade. I will never understand why he just doesn’t come out, it’s not like the Rs don’t have the occasional “good” queer they tolerate for the optics, it’s just mystifying.
Those “good gays” are always kept on the fringes where they can be ignored or disposed of when convenient. They aren’t supposed to have real power.
But that’s what he’s doing. He’s being a “good” queer, which means he’s publicly denying it. That’s the kind of homosexual they tolerate: the one who’s ashamed of it.
South Carolina’s Republican Party is not known for electing diversity.
The ‘good’ ones are still expected to have a fixed partner and be monogamous, which is definitely what Graham isn’t about if the rumours are to be believed.
