I remember because I had that bank as a kid, and when this episode went out I was pretty jazzed to see that they turned my toy into a screen-used thing.
The one from the show is the licensed one, they just took one off the shelf and modified it. If you are looking to replicate the prop you have the choice to do so from scratch, or get hold of the same bank and make the mods to it they did.
There are a few 3d models for the magus staff head floating around. I’ll probably start with one of those and resculpt it a bit. Hollow it out. Mount shoulders to it and a base.
It’s definitely going to be a little work but do-able.

This may screw up your enthusiasm to make a replica from scratch, but they used a real Ferengi coin bank which was sold back then as that prop (repainted of course.)
