No, a bribe is an illegal form of lobbying. It is not lobbying.

If you can’t agree, I can give you examples of lobbying that is not bribery. and if you can’t understanding that then you’re not reasonable and just a time vampire

It is not illegal at all. The SCOTUS said so themselves: money is speech, and corporations can “donate” as much as they want. Lobbying that is not bribery is simply ignored. As long as money changes hands, it is bribery; what makes it legal is to drop a check on the desk and say “my client has some concerns about upcoming legislation” instead of saying “you can have this money if you vote how I say to vote.” I mean, really…this has been a long-standing, well known issue for all of my life. For you to sit there and say it isnt real is just downright absurd. You are the time vampire in this conversation.
