I’m picturing an elite force of plain-clothed lifeguards pretending to be tourists with the same energy as undercover cops trying to buy weed off of people.
“Man, these snack bar refreshments hit the spot! Anyone feel like swimming within 30 minutes of eating? C’mon, let’s run by the pool and dive in, it’ll be fun!”
Most lifeguard’s are invisible, sitting there just watching for trouble. Others though are absolute fun police when you are a kid.
