Read it a couple times, I hate when drs pull this shit. How did naltrexone even come up at all, did you mention it or did he mention it? I get the sense you came to him already with this. I would never let a dr roll the dice with my health and well-being in the way he is clearly doing in this vignette :/

I’m still drinking. My doc is hesitant to prescribe it thus far, thinks my case isn’t extreme enough to warrant it
