For example, I don’t like Will Ferrell in his typical roles. Oh they just drive me batty.

But. I do love Stranger Than Fiction. It’s such a cozy movie.

Cloe Moretz. Talentless piece of shit I’ve hated since the remake of Finnish vampire movie. Winona Ryder has never been likeable. Bad in Girl interupted. Her best movie, still annyoying. Fairly recent Rom Com with Keanu Reeves. Angelina Jolie only good in Gigi. Girl interrupted, decent. Everthing else, awful. Julia Roberts terribad in Pretty Women, and nearly everything else. Erin Brockovich very good.

Ya know I’m a Star Trek fan from way back, but William Shatner makes me cringe all the time these days.

Shia Labeouf. Generally I dislike him as an actor and almost everything he’s been in.

But he was great in lawless which is one of my favorite movies.

Kevin Spacey. Because the people that accuse him of raping them keep committing suicide right before trial. And then he released that creepy video of himself sitting in front of a fireplace talking about “killing them with kindness”. I’ve refused to watch anything with him in it since I found out.

Chris Pratt’s only good films were the Guardians of the Galaxy fims and the Lego Movie and his face wasn’t even in one of those.

I liked him in Parks & Rec. But then I found he’s evangelical. That’s a black mark for me, since I managed to escape it. But his apparently sincere faith combined with his dirty sense of humor grates on me. I don’t mind the jokes. It just makes him look like a hypocrite to me.

I think I’m with you on Will Ferrell. Quite often his parts are just…obnoxious?

Similarly, most of the time I just can’t with Ben Stiller because his shtick seems to be second hand embarrassment.

OMG! That’s exactly the way I feel. Stranger than Fiction is a masterpiece.

I don’t care for Will Ferrell but I don’t hate him as a person and that’s what I thought you meant.

I can’t believe you used this example. Amazing!!!

Steven Seagal, he’s complete garbage on every level. He can’t act, he can’t run, he’s a sex trafficker and rapist, and his whole career was started with a bet by producers to make the most incapable and unlikable person famous.

Also, aikido, he can’t even do a stupid useless fake “martial art” invented to sell to suburbanite children properly.

Did you not see that demonstration where he effortlessly destroys an entire dojo of people by wrist-flipping them one at a time without moving his hands more than 20cm?

      Thats raw skill.

That’s a good point, most of them didn’t even come in contact with him before they went flying through the air. Probably a chakra thing, just using raw spirit energy like Naruto.

Not 100% of the time but there are several. The one that comes to mind is Jeff Goldblum. My wife feels the same. We never like him but many of the movies we like well enough we just wish he was not in them. So like wicked and the original jurassic park are like that. Curiously I liked him in the fly but that seems to be a one off. Literally the moment I see his face and he speaks I want to punch him.
