Doom could use a Doom Girl to go with the Doom Guy.
Not in a shipping sort of way or for a romance story; just because “Doom Girl” is fun to say. But also because Hell hath no fury like a Doom Girl who is angry.

quake 3 arena had the character Crash, who is supposed to be one of doom guys military trainers. sadly they never did more with her.

I really enjoyed Doom 2016 for leaving the entire identity of the Doom Slayer up to the player’s. They were no longer the “Doom guy” but were now just this eminent force with very big hands. They might as well have been god and I thought that was really cool. It was less cool when you saw his face and heard his voice in Doom Eternal
